Music producer Benjamin Last is defined as the mark of a maverick in the pursuit of creating extraordinary music that stands for oneness, passion, and transformation.

For 25 years, Temple Step has brought global culture to the people, bringing sets, ceremonies, and awakening to live performances, ecstatic dance, and sound healing workshops.

His prolific career in studio production and stage performance has forged pioneering explorations into tribal-ethno-electronic flavours. Freelancing as a producer, DJ, and sound healer, he draws from an instrumental spread of beats, percussion, ethnic melodic instruments, synths, vocals, and bold use of bass. Seamlessly, worlds are blended and timelines merge, all through the language of his music. The artist insists on sound as sacred—a vibrational, alchemical tool. With it, he evokes states and feelings that invite audiences to embrace full creative expression

Temple Step has collaborated and remixed with artists such as Dub FX, Desert Dwellers, Deya Dova, Peruquois, Nessi Gomes, Ganga Giri, Murry Kyle, Wild Marmalade, Raio, and Darpan and satisfied local and international festival circuits including Beloved Festival (USA), Sonic Bloom (USA), Rainbow Serpent (AUS), Earth Frequency (AUS), Woodford (AUS), Earthdance (AUS), and Bali Spirit Festival (INDO). He is the principal producer of Motiv Music, an international music production company. The Temple Step studio is based in Melbourne, serving clients locally and abroad
